In recent years,Chinese patent medicine have become more and more important in modern medicine,but most of Chinese patent medicine such as pillã€powder or Dan medicine have been made by Chinese herbal medicine powder,so it is difficult for people to identify the species or authenticity of the medicine by eyes.Although,there are many methods to identify the Chinese herbal medicine powder, microscopic identification also is a kind of techniques used to identify both the authenticity of a drug powder and impurity.But current description for traditional Chinese medicine powder in micro-structure are hand-drawn map,and many characteristics of the cell are not obvious. With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligent technique has gradually entered People’s Daily life, so the artificial intelligent technique research in microscopic identification of the traditional Chinese medicine has become a new hot field.Orginal image database of 29 spicies of Chinese herbal medicine powder such as Bajitian were established using their main mictoscopic charactristics,and these mictoscopic charactristics images were digitalized and reconstructed in this experiment. By using MATLAB7.0 software to extract the microscopic feature of the original images,a preliminary image digital information were established.And then make comparison experiment mode for Chinese herbal medicine powder which have calcium oxalate crystallization such as radix asparagiã€anemarrhenae and so on by using the Pseudo-Jacobi(p=4, q=3)-Fourier Moments.The experiment got ideal result and lay the foundation for the Chinese herbal medicine artificial intelligent research. |
