Objective: To study the relationship between serum osteoprotegerin(OPG) 、s RANKL level and coronary artery calcification score(CACS).Methods:From 2014 May to 2015 January hospitalized parallel coronary CT angiography in First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University departments(computed tomographic angiography, CTA) of 55 patients examined, including coronary calcification group and normal control group patients. And with the Agatston integral method of coronary artery calcification score.Subjects were divided by CACS into 4 groups, analysis of the relationship between the level of serum OPG, s RANKL levels and coronary artery calcification score.Comparison between two groups was done with independent sample T-test. Comparisons between groups were tested by One- Way ANOVA analysis. The correlation between two variables analysis of sample Spearman rank correlation analysis. Results 1.The level of serum OPG、s RANKL increased significantly in the coronary calcification group than in the normal control group. 2.The higher the CACS is,the higher serum levels of OPG and s RANKL. 3.OPG、s RANKL concentrations and Coronary artery calcification score are positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion OPG、s RANKL concentrations and the severity of coronary artery calcification are positively correlated.
