| Objective:the study of the development situation of outpatient pharmaceutical care and the overall level of Urumqi hospitals, to analyze problem in pharmaceutical with related theories, research for a effective development way of pharmaceutical care in Urumqi to promote the healthy development of pharmaceutical care in order to further promote the development of our country current medical mode of pharmaceutical activ constructive suggestions are put forward.method:Adopt questionnaire survery,randomly selected doctors, pharmacists and patients from 2 tertiary level hospitals and 2 secondary level hospitals in Urumqi to form 3 groups as investigation objects. For this survey,1168 questionnaires were sent and taken back 1136.Valid questionnaires are 1104 and the recovery rate is 94.52%. All data were processed by SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis.finally:the show of investigation result,95.9%doctors have certainly knowledge about pharmaceutical care and it is quite clear to rational medical, offer guidance to medical therapy,to promote safety in madical so that develop the therapy effective, to promote the quality of pharmaceutical care.meanwhile pharmacist in clinic need knowledge and kill, doctors consider that pharmacist need pharmacy knowledge about 90.1%,need the basic of clinic knowledge obout82.7% and thexperience of drug use in clinic about75.6% the ability of communication and the relationship about 64.5%. about the content of pharmaceutical care are agoing in out-patient, pharmacist must have clear comparison knowledge and realize that the important of pharmaceutical care,about 97.3% pharmacists can able to explain drug ues and matter attention, about 91.9% pharmacists can share with specialized knowledge and work experience with doctors,but pharmacists have a little optimistic on competence for the work on assessment,but only 66.4% pharmacists can get it, obviously pharmacists are lack of specialized knowledge, the support of related in system and improve specialized knowledge by themselves and opportunities. so the most of pharmacists are focus on pharmaceutical care of fundamental,the reason are influence with the development of pharmaceutical care,patients are not clear about pharmacists duty,about 58.6% patients will consult with pharmacists at outpatient when they meet questions, so almost of informants are sure of the work pharmacists. The survey results are valuated by chi-square test and the analysis is as follows.The doctors of secondary level hospital will consider to use more drugs in basic drugs directory when making the medical plan. Pharmacists are more confident about their own ability evaluation and patients medication compliance is fine. When the doctors of tertiary level hospital making medical plan, they will consider more about the basic characteristics of drugs and special groups medication and other factors.So,for pharmacists of tertiary level hospital,they require more professional,comprehensive skills.And at the present,the patients of tertiary level hospital are with relatively low satisfaction of pharmaceutical service, but the demand is great.conclusion:the development of pharmaceutical care are significantly improvement still to be made in Urumqi, at preset the pharmaceutical care can’t satisfied with patients on medicines, there are some reason to confine and further development like conception,person with ability system regime,management. so built a pharmaceutical care system depend on realities of situation of hospitals, effective development of pharmaceutical care.pharmacists should play the role of professional need certain practice process. |
