| Objective:The pregnant outcome’s comparison between three genotypes of the 677C > T mutation of the MTHFR in IVF patients.Methods:203 patients were separated into 3 gropes with the C677T mutation of the MTHFR, A,CC type (n=56),B,CT type (n=83), C,TT type (n=64),who were treated in our central from February to August in 2014.All patients took the long protocal.Recording the three groups’ age,infertility age,the estradiol level (E2) of second day of the menstrual period (D2),the FSH level of D2, the homocysteine(Hcy) level in serum, the total r-FSH doses (total Gn doses),the E2 level of the HCG day,the ovulation days, the number of oocytes, the fertilization, the high-quality embryos, the 14 days pregnancy after embryo transplantation, the clinical pregnancy.Calculating the fertilization rate, the high-quality-embryo rate, the biochemical pregnancy rate, and the clinical pregnancy rate.Results:There were no statistical differences in age,infertility age,the E2 of second day of D2, the FSH level of D2(P> 0.05) among three groups. The total Gn doses,the E2 level of the HCG day,the ovulation days, the number of oocytes, the fertilization rate, the high-quality embryos rate were no statistical differences,too(P> 0.05).The Hcy level of group C (4.5 (2-6) μmol/L) was higher than group A (3 (2-6) μmol/L) and B (4 (2.5-4.5) umol/L),which had statistical significance (P<0.05).B’s the biochemical pregnancy rate (68.67%) was higher than A (44.64%) and C (31.25%),and the clinical pregnancy rate of group B (63.86%) was higher than A (42.86%) and C (26.56%),too.Both of these two data had statistical significance (P<0.05). The stepwise Logistic regressions analysis had statistical significance (Log likelihood=92.01, P<0.005, R2=0.33).CT type was the protect factor for the pregnant outcome with the IVF patients (OR=0.027, P<0.005).The FSH level of D2 was risk factor (OR=1.12, P=0.004).The E2 level of HCG day was protect factor (OR=0.99, P=0.031).The total Gn doses was risk factor (OR=1.000649, P=0.014).Conclusion:The 677C> T mutation of the MTHFR had affect the pregnant outcomes of IVF patients.The CT type genotype patients might have higher biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate,and CT type might be a protect factor for the IVF patients. |
