Objective To Compare the the clinical efficacy between lumbar posterior lumb ar interbody fusion PLIF and dynamic interspinous fixation system of Coflex for t-he treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis.Methods Retrospective study in our hospital from 2009 July-2013 year in Decemb er admitted 56 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis.All single segmental spinal sten osis.Among 36 male patients,20 female patients;aged 61 years-75 years old,average 68 years old.Preoperative history averaged 5-70 months.A group using dynamic inte rspinous Coflex fixation system;B group was used to remove spinal posterior struct ure to implement the decompression and interbody fusion in the traditional PLIF o peration.Results A group and B group in the operation time, bleeding volume,postoperative bed time,intraoperative bleeding rate and bleeding amount comparison had statistic al significance(P<0.05).ODI、VAS、JOA score in the two groups had statistical sig nificance in comparison(P<0.05).Th-e comparison between the two groups had no s tatistical significance(P>0.05);The activity of the two groups before operation in the operation section and the adjacent superior segment(ROM) had no significant diffe rence(P>0.05),And after operation the comparison between the two groups had stati stical significance(P<0.05).For within group comparison,Coflex group before and af ter the operation in the operation section and the adjacent segments were not signi ficantly changed,and without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Dynamic interspinous fixation system compared with the traditional PLI F method for Coflex,Is a minimally invasive surgical treatment of lumbarspinal can al stenosis with the ideal,is worth the clinical promotion and application.
