Clinical Efficacy Of Chronic Suilao Disease Treated By Busuishengxue Grain And The Expression Level Of Th17 Cells

Objective:Observation of marrow supplementing and treating chronic aplastic anemia blood engendering granule (CAA) changes in the levels of TCM symptoms integral, peripheral blood, peripheral blood Th17 cells before and after the clinical curative effect and treatment, clinical therapeutic effect of Busuishengxue Granule in treating chronic aplastic anemia and its effects on Th17 cells, further to explore the therapeutic mechanism the immune pathogenesis of chronic aplastic anemia and Busuishengxue Granule in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:1. The collection of outpatients and inpatients diagnosed as chronic aplastic anemia patients in 30 cases as experimental group, taking Busuishengxue Granule, clinical observation and TCM symptoms integral, peripheral hemogram, up to 6 months for treatment.2.Both the control group and the treatment group were detected peripheral blood level of Th17 cells by FCM assay.Results:1. CAA patients symptoms improved significantly, integral and TCM symptoms were obviously lower than those before treatment, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of 30 cases was 80.0%.3.CAA in peripheral blood of the patients with hemoglobin,white blood cells and platelets after treatment than before treatment has increased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Peripheral blood Th17 cells in CAA before treatment, after the outer expression compared with healthy controls, the levels decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Busuishengxue Granule in the treatment of CAA clinical curative effect, improve the patients’clinical symptoms and peripheral blood picture.2. This study shows that CAA patients have T cell hyperfunction, leading to apoptosis, resulting in the injury of hematopoietic tissues; the expression of CAA and Th17 cells in patients increased significantly, the expression of Busuishengxue Granule can regulate T cell in patients with CAA, improve the immune environment, reduce the expression of Th17 cells in CAA patients to promote the recovery of hematopoietic function.
