Clinical Observation With The Therapy Of Busuishengxue Granule In Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Objective:By comparing the chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) patients Clinical efficacy, symptom scores, peripheral blood and bone marrow mononuclear cells integrin VLA-3mRNA expression levels,before and after the application of Bushenshengxue treatment,to researh the Bushenshengxue Clinical efficacy of the treatment of CAA and the intervention to VLA-3mRNA expression levels, From the level of molecular biology research of CAA and integrin family adhesion molecule expression in hematopoietic microenvironment anomaly correlation.Methods:Collect diagnosed patients,30 cases of CAA take Bushenshengxue,six months after taking medicine,observe the clinical curative effect,symptom integral,the dynamic changes of the peripheral blood likeResults:1.CAA patients symptoms improved significantly after 6 months of drug therapy,Chinese medicine symptom integral has also decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 2.30 cases of patients with CAA clinical total effective rate was 80.0%;3.CAA patients leukocyte and hemoglobin levels in peripheral blood after treatment was rising,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 4.CAA patients in the bone marrow mononuclear cell integrin VLA-3mRNA levels before and after treatment compared with healthy controls were reduced,higher level after treatment compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Bushenshengxue is curative effect in CAA treatment,and can significantly improve the patient s peripheral blood and clinical symptoms;2.The study in the CAA patients with bone marrow mononuclear cell integrin VLA-3mRNA levels are lower expression, Bushenshengxue may by rising the bone marrow mononuclear cell integrin VLA-3mRNA levels of CAA patients,to adjust the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment,to restore hematopoietic function.
