Effect Of Busuishengxue Granule On Integrin Linked Kinase In Chronic Suilao Disease

Objective:Throngh observing integrin-linked kinase(ILK)protein expression change in chronic aplastic anemia(CAA,Chinese medicine called"Chronic Suilao Disease")patients' bone marrow mononuclear cell before and after take Busuishengxue Granule,discuss Busuishengxue Granule's influence of ILK and hematopoietic microenvironment to CAA patients.And then know the relation between ILK and aplastic anemia development,provide the mechanism basis to probe Busuishengxue Granule to treat CAA.Methods:1.Collect 30 chronic aplastic anemia(CAA)patients' marrow who use Busuishengxue Granule to treat.2.Collect 10 healthy person's marrow.3.Use Western blot to test patients and healthy control group's bone marrow mononuclear cell protein expression level before and after treat.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of chronic Suilao disease use Busuishengxue Granule reach 80 percent,the exact efficacy.2.Chronic Suilao patients' ILK protein expression level is apparently higher than health group before treat,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),treatment group after use Busuishengxue Granule to treat,ILK protein expression level is significant reduced than prior treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The treatment group after treatment ILK protein expression level is also higher than health control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.It is certain that Busuishengxue Granule has therapeutic effects to chronic Suilao disease.2.Chronic Suilao patients' ILK protein higher then normal person's expression level may be involved in the process of chronic Suilao disease.3.Busuishengxue Granule maybe adjust integrin ?1 mediated hematopoietic microenvironment by lower chronic Suilao patients'ILK protein expression level,to promote hematopoietic stem cell proliferation and development to reach the purpose to treat chronic Suilao disease.
