Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Treatment Of Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowelsyndrome (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency) For Electroacupuncture Combined With Regulation Of Mental Therapy

Objective-Comparison of electro acupuncture combined with acupuncture emotional conditioning with electro acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome) curative effect,to explore the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome more effective method.Methods:1.This test select 60 patients all from 2013.5 to 2014.10 of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine affiliated second hospital and 2 hospital affiliated to Harbin medical.These patients are made a definite diagnosis of Diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency) and these patients are all assessed Moderate depression by HAMD.2. Divide 60 patients who accord to criteria into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was the adjust mood acupoint(Baihui、Shangxing、Danzhong、Daling、Shenmai)+Conventional acupuncture, the group of Baihui and Shangxing used electroacupuncture, and double Tianshu the same.Control group only conventional acupuncture, Tianshu used electroacupuncture.Use electric hemp instrument sparse wave stimulation 30 minutes, the course was 1 times a day, each treatment for 6 days rest for one day, comparison of efficacy after 3 courses of continuous treatment.3.The criteria of observe:BBSN TCM symptoms integral table^ HAMD.4. Statistical approach:Use software of SPSS 17.0 to analyze data and assess clinical effect.Among, enumeration data use chi-square test; ranked data use Ridit to analyze; measurement data in order to X±s said,use Student’s t test,P<0.05 represents significant difference,P< 0.01 represents Extremely significant difference.Result:1. On the rating scale score before treatment in both groups(P> 0.05), there was no significant difference,and it was comparable. On the rating scale score after treatment in both groups(P< 0.01),and it has extremely significant difference.2. Intestinal symptoms in patients in treatment group the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and depression levels improve significantly,and it is better than control group.3. Compared two groups of patients with clinical total effective rate,30 patients of treatment group,recovery 5, excellent 18, efficacious 5, invalid 2, total effective rate is 93.3%.30 patients of control group, recovery 1, excellent 9, efficacious 13, invalid 7, total effective rate is 76.6%.By rank sum test,the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05),it Has a significant difference; the total effective rate of depression improve, the treatment group is 93.3%,the control group is 66.7%, By rank sum test, the treatment group is better than control group(P<0.05),it Has a significant difference.Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture combined with regulation of mental therapy and electroacupuncture combined with Conventional acupuncture all can improve IBS-D patients,and the treatment group better than the control group.2. Electroacupuncture combined with regulation of mental therapy can obviously improve the patients of depression, and the treatment group better than the control group.3.Treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (liver stagnation and spleen deficiency)for electroacupuncture combined with regulation of mental therapy is simple to handle, economical and effective,and the Treatment to be promoted.
