The Theoretical Research On Vertigo Syndrome Treated From Deficiency

Vertigo, usually recognized as dizziness and giddiness, is one of common clinical syndromes. TCM holds that its etiology and pathogenesis is complicated, which the deficiency syndrome of vertigo occupies a large proportion. After collectting deta which is related to deficiency syndrome of vertigo, we filtrated, sorted and analysed it.The dissertation is divided into four portions. The first part briefly describes the definition of vertigo and its Syndrome differentiation from deficiency or redundance, makes its clear definition according to the standard of modern Chinese medicine, explores the origin of naming vertigo, and briefly discusses the Syndrome differentiation from deficiency or redundance. First of all, with dynasty as the main line, the second part focuses on expounding the historical origin of deficiency syndrome of vertigo from the pre-qin to the ming and qing dynasties and original ideas to the disease in various periods, meticulously analyzes and researches the representative medical literature, including its theory origin, connotation, pathological mechanism, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and medication, etc. Secondly, studies and contrasts the characteristics of different stages of treatment based on deficiency syndrome of vertigo, including inheritance, development and innovation.The third part is conclusion about relevance theory of deficiency syndrome of vertigo. The fourth part discusses its related theoretical issues.The article through to the study of the theory of the deficiency syndrome of vertigo draw the following conclusions:1.The development of treating vertigo syndrome from deficiency can be divided into four stages. The first is the pre-qin dynasties, which is the bud and forming period of the theoretical system of deficiency syndrome of vertigo. The second is the jin-tang dynasties, which is the accumulated period of the theoretical system of deficiency syndrome of vertigo.The third is the song-jin-yuan dynasties, which is the development and perfection period of the theoretical system of deficiency syndrome of vertigo. The fouth is the ming and qing dynasties, which is the mature and innovation period of the theoretical system of deficiency syndrome of vertigo.2.It closely associated with the five internal organs, which is based on liver and kidney, spleen and stomach has played a key role when vertigo attacks.3.The deficiency of essence, qi, blood and body fluid can lead to vertigo.4.The main symptoms of deficiency syndrome of vertigo is dizzy and giddy,and the symptoms of different syndromes of deficiency syndrome of vertigo also differ.5.Catching a cold with weakness is also one of the main pathogenic factors lead to deficiency syndrome of vertigo. Until it ends, virtual body of people still have the symptoms of dizziness. It is because that vital qi did not recover, and it should be given priority to with the centralizer tonify deficiency6.Deficiency syndrome of vertigo is the empty mark more real. Liver-wind stirring inside due to renal water fail to nourish wood, yin deficiency, blood deficiency and spleen deficiency, which is one of the main pathogenesis of deficiency syndrome of vertigo.
