The Clinical Observation Based Of Six Channels Combined Syndromes Of Taiyin And Shaoyin Differentiating In The Treatment Of IgA Nephropathy

Objectives:This study is to observe the clinical curative effect based of six channels differentiation in the treatment of IgA nephropathy combination of syndromes of Taiyin and shaoyin type, which is to explore six channels differentiation in the treatment of IgA nephropathy in clinical practice.Methods:We collected 31 IgA nephropathy patients in our hospital (First Affilliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine). Firstly, according to the case datas,by dialectical system of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, we make a Chinese medicine diagnosis. Secondly, we make use of the SPSS 17.0 covariance softwarepackage to carry on the data analysis. Thirdly, we give patients a decoction of medicine named Tai shao nephropathy Treatment for 12 weeks. We compare analysis of the symptoms and related indicators between before and after treatment. After 12 weeks, evaluate the efficacy of disease, symptoms, Urinary protein in 24 hours and Urinary RBC count.Result:Clinical curative effect based of six channels differentiation in the treatment of IgA nephropathy combination of syndromes of Taiyin and shaoyin type can improve the disease.The treatment of patients 12 weeks after treatment the total effective rate was 87.09%,6 cases of clinical control,9 cases pay off,12 cases with ease. Reducing of hematuresis after treatment was very significant (P<0.01),24h proteinuria quantitative statistically significant (P<0.05), can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with integral (P< 0.01), patients’level of Ccr can be improved (P< 0.05). The level of Scr and BUN before and after treatment are with no statistical differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Clinical curative effect based of six channels differentiation in the treatment of IgA nephropathy combination of syndromes of Taiyin and shaoyin type can improve the disease.2. Clinical curative effect based of six channels differentiation in the treatment of IgA nephropathy combination of syndromes of Taiyin and shaoyin type can still achieve a satisfactory effect.3. The Tai shao nephropathy Treatment in IgAN can effectively relieve symptoms, reduce proteinuria, reduce urinary red bloodcells.
