The Clinical Observation Of Xiangsha Liujunzi Method On Infantile Malnutrition

1.Objective:under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,to the spleen transporting rule is to observe the clinical effect of Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi De "in the treatment of infantile malnutritional type malnutrition, and to explore its application of the mechanism.2. Methods:This study with malnutritional type malnutrition in children as the object of study,60 cases selected from 3 to 7 years of age malnutritional type children, according to the age gradient were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each, the treatment group received oral Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi, lysine amino acid oral liquid, licorice zinc particles; the control group was given oral lysine amino acid oral liquid, zinc glycyrrhetate granules. Treatment for 8 weeks. After the end of treatment compared with food intake, body weight, the spirit of the syndrome and trace elements of zinc ion and blood HGB, RBC’s change.3 Results:(1) after treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, the total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%, (P<0.05) was statistically significant, the treatment group was better than the control group.(2) after the treatment, the clinical syndrome score, such as food intake, weight, mental status and so on, and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3) after treatment, the levels of RBC and HGB were elevated in the two groups, but the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(4) after treatment, the serum zinc concentrations of the two groups were significantly improved, no significant differences between the two groups. 4 conclusions:(1) Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Combined with Lai amino acid oral liquid, licorice zinc powder in treatment of infantile rickets and gas type malnutrition has better clinical curative effect, after two courses of total efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group.(2) Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Combined with lysine amino acid oral liquid, licorice zinc particles in improving malnutritional children malnutrition in children’s food intake, body weight, mental syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine is better than the control group.(3) Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Combined with lysine amino acid oral liquid, licorice zinc particles in improving the malnutritional children malnutrition in children with HGB content in serum and RBC content than the control.(4) Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Combined with lysine amino acid oral liquid, licorice zinc powder in treatment of infantile rickets and gas type malnutrition and observed cases had no adverse reaction.
