Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of Q ingdutiaoganfang combined with nucleoside analogues in patients with liver spleen deficiency of chronic hepatitis B(CHB) liver fibrosis. Methods: This study is a prospective tracking observation, and uses the completely randomized controlled clinical trial, according to a random number table method, 80 cases of patients with liver spleen deficiency of CHB liver fibrosis were in the liver subject of C hinese medicine hospital of the Xinjiang uygur autonomous region randomly, who were divided into two groups, the treatment group 40 cases and control group 40 cases. Control group patients were given nucleoside analogues: lamivudine, 100 mg/time, 1 time/day, according to a regular anti hepatitis B virus(HBV) treatment; Treatment group, on this basis, being combined with Qingdutiaoganfang, water decocting 2 times: remove dregs and take juice, 200 ml/ time, drinking warm water in the morning and evening after dinner. Each course of treatment for 48 weeks. Before and after treatment respectively inspect and measure on two groups of patients’ serum liver fibrosis, biochemistry, etiology, radiographic, and truthfully fill in syndromes quantitative list, after the comparison between the data obtained, thereby judging curative effect. Results: The treatment group and control group total effective rate were 97.5% and 70.0% respectively. Compared with the control group, treatment group in the serum of liver fibrosis, serum enzymes and metabolites, as well as liver hardness value and the main syndromes of traditional C hinese medicine to improve, advantage is obvious. Conclusion: Qingdutiaoganfang combined with nucleoside analogues treat liver spleen deficiency of CHB liver fibrosis, which can obviously inhibit HBV and alleviate the effect of liver inflammation and fibrosis.
