Clinical Application Value Of Hysteroscopy In Diagnosis Of The Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective:To evaluate the application value of hysteroscopy in clinical diagnosis of the endometrial carcinoma. Methods:The clinical information of 6 6 cases of endometrial carcinoma was retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis of fractionalcurettage and hysteroscopy were comparatively analyzed with surgery and pathology results as the gold standard.Results:(1)30casesof the hysteroscopy group was diagnosed as the endometrial carcinoma,the diagnostic coincidence rate was88.2%;17cases of thefractional curettage group was diagnosed as the endometrial carcinoma,the diagnostic coincidence rate was53.1%,comparing the differencebetween the two groups was significant (P<0.05).(2)The stage I and II of preoperative diagnosis confirmed by pathologythat the diagnose accordance rate was95.8% and 100% in the hysteroscopy group;The stage I and II of preoperative diagnosisconfirmed by pathology that the diagnose accordance rate was70.8% and75% in the fractional curettage group, comparing the differencebetween the two groups was significant(F<0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy is a safe and effective method for diagnosis ofendometrial carcinoma, it is worthy to be popularized.
