Application Of Endometiral Sampling Device During Endometrial Lesions Compared With Diaition And Curettage(D&C) And Hysteroscopy

Objective:To investigate the The feasibility of endometrial sampling device in screening endometrial diseases compared with D&C and hysteroscope.Methods:Using endometrial sampling device befor D&C(124 cases)and hysteroscope(41cases) to obtain endometrium,compare the diagnostic accuracy in different Endometrial diseases with D & C and hysteroscope.Results:(1)The degree of satisfaction in obtain endometrium is 94.35% using endometrial sampling device,no significant differences with D&C;complexity degree(10.48%) and pain scorel(1.62±0.80) is less than D & C.(2)The diagnostic accuracy in Endometrial cancer(94.44%) 、 atypical hyperplasia(94.74%) 、Benign lesions(81.58%) and Normal endometrium(94.74%),is not statistically significant differences with D & C.The degree of satisfaction in postmenopausal bleeding(90.31%),in premenopause bleeding(96.10%) is not statistically significant differences with D&C.while in Local placeholder 56.25% is not statistically significant differences with D&C.(2)The diagnostic accuracy in Endometrial cancer 71.43% is not statistically significant differences with hysteroscope.Whil in polyps,the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial sampling device is 56.25%(9/16), there is statistically significant differences between them.(3)Factors affecting the diagnostic accuracy is Endometrial thickness and the depth of the uterine cavity.the mean value of thickness is(9.75±3.39 mm and of depth is(7.49±0.55)cm in Correct diagnosis group,there is statistically significant differences with diagnostic error group.Conclusion: Combineing with Endometrial thickness and the depth of the uterine cavity,endometrial sampling device as a kind of simple, minimally invasive method can replace D &C for screening endometrial lesions with abnormal vaginal bleeding in patients. Local placeholder and negative result that not conform to the clinic should be recheck byhysteroscope.
