Objectives:To evaluate the Serum gamma glutamine transferase (Serum gamma glutamine transferase, GGT) level and acute heart failure (acute heart failure, AHF) in patients with prognostic relevance. Methods:choose between September 2012 and January 2012 in our hospital heart center in hospital during the period of 188 patients with acute left ventricular systolic function failure (male 78, female 110) clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, according to the prognosis of patients with dead or alive into the death group and alive group, in which death group 36 cases,14 cases of male, female 22 cases, average age (67.28 ± 11.04)year, survival group 152 cases,64 cases of male, female 88 cases, the average age (63.95 ± 12.42)year, and the analysis on the basic clinical data of two groups of patients and hospital mortality. Results:Ejection fraction between the two groups, atrial fibrillation, nation, high blood pressure, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, total bile acid, atrial brain natriuretic peptide were significantly different. Death and survival group, two groups of patients with serum gamma glutamine transferase were 39.24 ± 5.90 and 39.24 ± 10.22, significant differences; Gender, age, fasting blood glucose between two groups, lipoprotein (a), total protein, triglyceride, total cholesterol, uric acid, diabetes, heart failure, drug in different applications had no obvious difference; According to the serum gamma glutamine transaminase level is divided into two groups, patients with high serum gamma glutamine transferase groups with low serum gamma glutamine transferase group mortality rate (15.3% vs4.6%). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum gamma glutamine transferase as a risk factor for acute heart failure (P< 0.05. Using ROC curve to evaluate serum gamma glutamine transferase for acute heart failure in the diagnostic value of death, death sensitivity 78.9%, specific degree is 66.7%, the cutoff value of 35.5 U/L, area under the curve is 0.05.Conclusions:Serum<0.759,95% confidence interval,0.662 to 0.859. gamma glutamine transaminase level has correlation with the prognosis of patients with acute heart failure, has certain clinical application value.
