| Objective:To explore the influence of three hemostatic methods on ovarian reserve function in treatment of ovarian endometriotic cyst by laparoscopic cystectomy in patients that 35 years of age or less. Methods: From December 2012- December 2013, 74 cases with single lateral ovarian endometriotic cyst in hospitalized patients with age 35 years old or less, and randomly divided into three groups, suture hemostasis group 24 cases(group A), bipolar electric coagulation group(group B)30 cases, unipolar electric coagulation group(group C) 20 cases, three groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative period for the first time and after six months of the first menstrual cycle based sex hormone levels: 2 ~ 3 days of testing luteinizing hormone, luteinizing homone, LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(follicle stimulating homone, FSH), estradiol(estradiol, E2),sinus follicle number(antral follicle count, F0), preoperative and postoperative different point within the group and the comparison between the three way above indicators. Result:Compare the three levels of the hormone E2, FSH, LH of preoperative three groups patients with F0, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);E2 level of 6th month after operation,F0 declined obviously, and FSH increased significantly, compared with the preoperative in group B, group C, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Compare the three groups patients respectively after the first month and the 6th months postoperatively; The results showed that E2, F0 levels of group B, and group C are lower compared with group A, and whose FSH levels are higher compared with group A,that’s to say, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compare the E2, FSH,and F0 between B and C group, whose results with no difference, and no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion: All of the three groups of operation on laparoscopic ovarian endometriosis cyst removed affect ovarian reserve function. By contrast, the group A has smaller damage to the ovarian reserve function compared with group B and group C.Group B and C of 1 month, 6 months of ovarian reserve function in patients with nodifference between the effects. |
