Intraoperative Bleeding Way Infuence On Ovarian Function Of Benign Ovarian Tumor Resected By Laparoscope

ObjectiveExplore the near future and long-term influence on the ovarian function of patiencesoperated in the laparoscopic suture and electrocoagulation way respectively,reduce thedamage for ovarian function in the operational process,in order to provide valuable clinicalinformation.Date and MethodsChoose63cases of benign ovarian tumor patients operated in the laparoscopic sutureand electrocoagulation way respectively from the attached hospital of taishan medicalcollege between January2011and June2013, divided them into two groups: suture group（suture bleeding）33patients and electric coagulation group （electrocoagulation way）30cases,the suture group contain17cases of serous cystadenoma of the ovary,16cases ofmucinous cystadenoma,8cases of maturecystteratomas,2cases of corpus luteum cyst.Thelatter group contain15cases of serous cystadenoma of the ovary,8cases of mucinouscystadenoma,6cases of maturecystteratomas,1cases of corpus luteum cyst. Compared twogroups of patients in the general situation, the preoperative and postoperative （immediateand long-term）hormone level changes, and statistical analysis.Results（1）The operation time of suture group is longer than electric coagulation group, itsbleeding volume is more than the latter group, contrast the different between the twogroups have statistical significance（P<0.05）.（2）Two groups all have ovarian premature senility phenomenon, among them, thesuture group have one example, electric coagulation group have two, there was nosignificant difference between them（P>0.05）.（3）The E2of the two groups went up one month after operation,FSH,LH declined,it has statistical significant in the contrast between groups,postoperative and preoperativeprocess（P<0.05）.（4）The E2of the two groups declined three month after operation,FSH,LH wentup,it has no statistical significant in the contrast between groups,postoperative andpreoperative process（P>0.05）.Conclusion（1）The operational time of suture group is longer than electric coagulation group,its bleeding volume is more than the latter group,it may have something to do with theoperated process of suture group is more complicated than electric coagulation group.（2）The suture group and electric coagulation group all had influence on the nearfuture ovarian function after operation one month.（3）Ovarian function after operation three months can be restored, no obviousdifference, two methods of hemostasis has little influence on ovarian function aftersurgery.
