Objective1.To detect the expression of anti-mullerianhormone(AMH)) in serum of patients with ovarian endometriosis.2.Assessing the reserve functions of ovarian and discuss its influencing factors.Methods1.We choosed 90 patients who have surgical indications visited Ningxia medical university general hospital from September 2014 to September 2015. The 60 patients with ovarian endometriosis were assigned to experiment group, and 30 patients with uterine fibroids were assigned to control group.2.ELISA method was used to detect the expression of AMH in serum of patients for preoperative and postoperative with 1 month, 3 months and 6 months respectively.3.Assessing the reserve functions of ovarian for patients with ovarian endometriosis and discuss its influencing factors. Such as age, single and double side ovarian type, clinical stage and ovarian tumor surgery.Results1.The expression of AMH in preoperative serum of patients with ovarian endometriosis were negatively correlated with age, and showed significant difference(P < 0.05); The expression of AMH in preoperative serum of patients with uterine fibroids were negatively correlated with age, and showed significant difference(P < 0.05).2.The expression of AMH in serum of patients with bilateral ovarian endometriosis was significantly lower than patients with uterine fibroids, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The expression of AMH in serum of patients with unilateral ovarian endometriosis was lower than patients with uterine fibroids, and the difference was no significant(P > 0.05);3.The expression of AMH in serum of patients with ? period ovarian endometriosis was significantly higher than ?- ? period patients(P < 0.05);4.The expression of AMH in serum of patients with ovarian endometriosis after tumor removal surgery 1 month obviously lower than 3 month and 6 month, compared with preoperative the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1. The expression of AMH is closely related to age, and the AMH has higher value of evaluate the ovarian reserve function.2.The ovarian reserve function of patients with ovarian endometriosis are related with patients' age, bilateral ovaries whether involvement, clinical stage and ovarian tumor removal surgery.3. Normal ovarian reserve function group after surgery in patients with ovarian reserve function decline in the short term, but the postoperative recover soon.
