Observationg Of The Effect Of Needling Yemen On The Mca Blood Flow Velocity,PI And RI On Patients With Migraine

Objective:By using TCD, observation migraine patients of acupuncture at affected ye men on MCA changes in hemodynamic parameters. To study of the acupuncture points on affected ye men hemodynamic effects of migraine patients and for clinical of this point in the treatment of migraine provide references.Method:Randomly selected 30 cases while comply with diagnostic criteria for migraine sufferers to exclude other diseases,12 males and 18 females, aged 25 to 38 years old, the average of 31.63±4.85 years old. In the case of voluntary subjects, at room temperature 20～26℃, humidity 42 to 58% of the environment. Asked the patients to rest for 10 minutes, wait for signs of the subjects keep supine, fully exposed by check lateral temporal window. Use the probe which frequency of 1.6MHz product by German EME company TCD and placed the probe on temporal window, sampling depth of 64mm. After searched MCA, using the needles which 0.35mm diameter, length of 40mm product by guizhou Andy acupuncture points on ye men. After acupuncture ye men measured 10 minutes before acupuncture, when the needle, needle lines, the needle, after the needled 10 minutes, and record the MCA values of Vs Vd、Vm、PI、RI. All measured data input SPSS 19.0 software system and carries on the statistical analysis.Results:1 After statistics analysis, when the needle(after needing) and the needle(after needing 15 minutes) in patients with migraine affected MCA of Vs、Vd、Vm、PI、RI compared with 10 minutes before acupuncture was no significant significance. (P>0.05)2 After statistics analysis, when the needle and the needle after 10 minutes of migraine patients with affected MCA Vs value compared with 10 minutes before needle,a significant statistical significance.(P<0.01)3 After statistics analysis, when the needle (30 minutes after needle) and after 10 minutes of migraine patients with affected MCA PI value compared with 10 minutes before needle, with statistical significance.(P<0.05)4 After statistics analysis, when the needle (30 minutes after needle) and after 10 minutes of migraine patients with affected MCA Vd、Vm、RI values compared with 10 minutes before needle was no significant significance. (P>0.05)5 After statistics analysis, acupuncture of migraine patients affected ye men on MCA of Vs. Vd、Vm、PI、RI. when the needle, needle lines, the needle, after the needled 10 minutes compared with 10 minutes before acupuncture was no statistical significance.(P>0.05)Conclusion:1 Acupuncture at affected ye men of migraine patients can effectively reduce the Vs of MCA, but also can improve the blood vessels of MCA, in clinical encountered the migraine patients caused by MCA blood flow velocity increases, suggestions can choose ye men used in the treatment of the disease in the future.2 There was no obvious effect on indicators side of MCA when acupuncture at affected ye men of migraine patients, So advice when use ye men to treatment of the disease we can choose only affected side without bilateral acupoints.
