Objective:Migraine is a common and disabling primary headache disorder.,which has a long duration and intermittent recurrent episodes and has a great impact on quality of life.At present, the research on pediatric migraine are still insufficient. Many data refer to adult research data. The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of vitamin D adjunctive therapy of pediatric migraine, and to provide reference for the treatment of pediatric migraine.Method:We analyzed the clinical data of 76 children with migraine in a pediatric neurology clinic at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University From April 2017 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given basic treatment and vitamin D treatment. The control group was given only basic treatment. The frequency of headache attack was taken as the main evaluation index, the duration of attack, severity and associated symptoms as the secondary evaluation criteria.Adverse reactions were recorded and case-control analysis was performed.Result:In the observation group and the control group, the average frequency of headache attack, the mean duration of headache attack and the score of headache severity were significant differences(p<0.05)at 4 weeks,8 weeks, and 12 weeks after treatments, compared with the post-treatment.there was no significant difference in the average frequency of headache attack and the change of headache severity in the observation group with 4 weeks treatment(p > 0.05),but there was a significantdifference between the 8th and 12 th weeks of treatment(p<0.05).the change range of mean duration of headache attack was significantly difference(p < 0.05)at 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(p < 0.05).In the observation group with vitamin D stratification, the average headache frequency, the average duration of headache, and the intensity of headache attack were significantly differences(p < 0.05)at 4 weeks,8 weeks, and 12 weeks after treatments compared with the post-treatment.While in the control group, the average headache frequency and the average duration of headache were significantly differences(p < 0.05).In the normal vitamin D group About the severity of headache, there was significantly difference(p<0.05)at 4 weeks,8 weeks, and 12 weeks after treatments. In the vitamin deficiency group, there was no difference(p>0.05)at 4weeks,8weeks after treatments compared with the post-treatment,and the difference was significant(p<0.05)after the treatment for 12 weeks. In the vitamin D stratification, both the observation group and the control group, there was no significant difference(p<0.05)in the average frequency of headache changes, the average duration of headache changes, and the magnitude of headache attack intensity. The incidence of vitamin D deficiency in children with migraine was as high as36.8%.After 12 weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(85.00% vs61.12%,p=0.003).The total effective rate of patients with 25(OH)D?20ng/ml in the observation group was 52.5%,the total effective rate was 32.5% in patients with<20ng/ml(p=0.668).the total effective rate of 25(OH)D?20ng/ml in the control group was 38.89%,and the total effective rate of < 20ng/m was 22.22%(p=0.727).No serious adverse events occurred in the above groups. Conclusion:The basic treatment plus vitamin D has significant curative effects for Pediatric Migraine and is safe and worth promoting.
