Objective:By detecting the levels of VEGF m RNA in preeclampsia maternal blood serum and umbilical cord blood serum, study VEGF expression in the serum of patients with preeclampsia, analyze the relationship between VEGF and preeclampsia; To explore possible mechanisms of VEGF in fetal intrauterine growth restriction; Evaluate the predictive value of VEGF during pregnancy with preeclampsia, provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of eclampsia. Methods:Choose 20 cases of pregnant women with preeclampsia from October 2013 to February 2014 in our affiliated hospital of obstetrics and gynecology, and 30 cases of normal pregnant women late in pregnancy in the same period in our hospital, a total of 50 cases as samples.the levels of VEGF expression in the umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood serum were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR) in pregnant women with preeclampsia and normal pregnancy women. The data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS18.0, measurement data said with( x±s), compared with t test, P <0.05 considered significant difference. Results :The peripheral blood VEGF m RNA levels in pregnant women with preeclampsia(1.74± 0.26ng/L) were significantly higher than that in the normal pregnant women(0.72±0.18ng/L). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);The umbilical cord blood VEGF m RNA levels in pregnant women with preeclampsia(1.65±0.66ng/L), were significantly higher than that in the normal pregnant women(0.62±0.12ng/L). the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Through the single factor linear regression, found that the level of umbilical cord blood VEGF m RNA and the umbilical artery S/D value was positively correlated in pregnant women with preeclampsia(P < 0.05).ConclusionThere is a correlation between maternal serum levels of VEGF expression and the incidence of preeclampsia; The level of VEGF expression in the umbilical cord blood might affect fetal prognosis;VEGF may be associated with limited umbilical artery insufficiency and fetal growth restriction.
