Anxiety disorder is a neurotic disorder as the main characteristics of broad and sustained anxiety, dyssomnia or recurrent alarmed. The common clinical treatments are Chinese medicine, western medicine, combined Chinese and western medicine, psychological therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion, etc, and without a standard protocol. Observational study is a research method to observe and record the characteristics of the object of study in natural state, and the results are described and analysis. The propensity score method can effectively correct the influence of various influence factors on the effect of variable and obviously improve its reliability, which has the step standard, easy understanding, simple operation, wide use, etc. Objective:To study the patients with anxiety disorder of the Traditional Chinese medicine research institute affiliated hospital of Henan province in February 2014 to December 2014, which in a prospective observational study. To analysis and contrast the advantages and disadvantage of the curative effect to the anxiety disorder between comprehensive treatment and a comprehensive treatment plan, and then to explore more effective treatments for the treatment of anxiety disorders. Methods:Observed the patients whose first-listed diagnose was anxiety disorder of the Traditional Chinese medicine research institute affiliated hospital of Henan province in February 2014 to December 2014, in the way of the non randomized controlled method. Methods To evaluate the anxiety degree of the patients with HAM and assess the patient’s sleep condition with the Pittsburgh sleep scale every two weeks. In the first time as a starting point for the treatment to the finish after 8 weeks, divided the patients into the treatment comprehensive solution treatment group(group A) and comprehensive solution treatment group(group B). Divided all the cases into full analysis set(FAS) and per protocol set(PPS) according to which would fall off into the standard or not after observation. Analyzed and contrasted the advantages and disadvantage of the curative effect to the anxiety disorder between comprehensive treatment and a comprehensive treatment plan through CMH2, CMH3 and T test statistical methods Result:The observation included 55 cases( 29 cases of group A, 26 cases of group B), which fell off 13 cases(7 cases of group A and 6 cases of group B). Eventually the FAS data sets 55 cases(29 cases of group A, 26 cases of group B). The PPS data sets 42 cases(22 cases of group A, 20 cases of group B).1.The scale scores and curative effect analysis of HAMA : The FAS date: The HAMA scale scores of group A dropped from 21.10±4.30 to 10.13±5.99 after the treatment, The change before and after the treatment was 10.96±6.56, there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.0000). The HAMA scale scores of group B dropped from 23.07±4.06 to 10.23±4.44 after treatment. The change before and after the treatment was 12.84±4.57, there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.0000). The total effective rate of group A and group B was 82.76% and 92.31%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).PPS and FAS analysis results were basically identical.2.The scale scores and curative effect analysis of PSQI : The FAS date: The PSQI scale scores of group A dropped from 12.51±6.09 to 7.93±5.33 after treatment, he change before and after the treatment was 4.58±4.27, there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.0000). The PSIQ scale scores of group B dropped from 16.23±3.66 to 9.92±4.33 after treatment. The change before and after the treatment was 6.30±4.00, there was a significant difference before and after medication(P = 0.0000). The total effective rate of group A and group B was 75.87% and 69.24%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).PPS and FAS analysis results were basically identical. Conclusion:1. Both the two kinds of treatment could improve symptoms;2. The baseline of the two groups was imbalance, which was unable to determine the comprehensive treatment and a comprehensive treatment.
