Clinical Study Of Allergic Rhinitis By Shao ’s Method Of Wu Zhen

ObjectiveObserve the clinical effect of treating allergic rhinitis using the Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen, and compare it with regular acupuncture therapy. Thus prove the Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen is a safe and effective treatment of allergic rhinitis, it can be used for clinical treatment.MethodsChoose sixty allergic rhinitis patients, divide them into experimental group and comparison group randomly, apply Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen to the experimental group and regular acupuncture to the comparison group. The two groups receive one treatment a day, ten days a course, there days off between two courses, two courses in total. Observe the clinical symptom, physical sign and the change of the quantity of EOS of the two groups before and after the treatment, then assess the clinical curative effect of the Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen for the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and they will be tested randomly once a month in the three months after the treatment, then score of patients with the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.Results1 This research includes 58 patients in the end, 29 in experimental group, 15 produce an effect, 14 effective, 0 ineffective, the effective rate is 100%; 29 in comparison group, 4 produce an effect, 25 effective, 0 ineffective, the effective rate is 100%. There was a statistics difference(P<0.05)between the curative effect of two groups, it proves the curative effect of experimental group is prior to comparison group. 2 Compare with the signs of symptoms score before and after the treatment, there was significant differences(P<0.05) between the two groups. Between the two groups there was no obviously difference(P>0.05). In the treatment, compare with the signs of symptoms score between the three follow-up and the last treatment, the symptoms of nasal obstruction, sneezing, running nose, and nasal itching under control, there was no recurrence. 3 Two groups after treatment and follow-up of 1,2,3 times symptoms total integral comparison,statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two way, statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group is better than the control group. The experiment group after treatment symptoms of nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, nasal itching, respectively, compared with 1,2,3 times follow-up, have statistical difference(P<0.05).The control group after treatment symptoms of nasal congestion, sneezing, ruuny nose, respectively, compared with 1,2,3 times follow-up of 1,2,3 times, have no statistical difference(P>0.05). 4 Observe the clinical signs of the two groups before and after the treatment have statistics difference(P<0.05); Between the two groups there was obviously difference(P>0.05), it proves the experimental group is prior to the comparison group. 5 Observe the effect of two treatment for laboratory indexes on these two group allergic rhinitis patients, the result shows: EOS of the two groups before and after the treatment have statistics difference(P<0.05). Between the two groups there was no obviously difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1 The Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen have apparent curative effect on the treatment for allergic rhinitis with quick effect, good curative effect and long term effect of consolidation, its effective rate is better than comparison group. 2 The Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen can improve nasal obstruction, sneezing, running nose, and nasal itching, and its have a long term curative effect. It proves this method is good for lung and can eliminate pathogenic, make nasal orifices fluent. 3 The Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen can improve patient’s symptoms(nasal mucosa), and the curative effect is better than the regular acupuncture. 4 The Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen can reduce the quantity of EOS of allergic rhinitis patient, so it will reduce the degree of inflammation infiltration, it may be one of the curative system of Shao ’s Method of Wu Zhen for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
