Objective: To study the hypoglycemic effect in diabetic model Morus alba decoction and various chemical components of the split, and further investigate the effect of chemical composition on the split diabetic mice substance metabolism and energy metabolism, in order to explain the nature of traditional Chinese medicine(gas) new hypothesis taste scientific content.Methods: 1 male Kunming mice, a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)(170 mg/kg), the establishment of Ⅰ diabetes mouse model, after the model is successful, continuous administration of 4 weeks, test weight, water intake, food intake, fasting blood glucose(FBG), insulin, C-peptide, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), etc. indicator light microscopy of liver, pancreas pathological. 2, male mice, a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)(170 mg/kg), the establishment of Ⅰ diabetes mouse model, after the model is successful, continuous administration of 4 weeks, using enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) to detect glucokinase(GCK), glycogen phosphorylase(PYGL), pyruvate dehydrogenase(PDH), α- ketoglutarate dehydrogenase(α-KGDHC), phosphoglycerate kinase(PGK), acetyl coenzyme A(acetyl-Co A), adenylate kinase(ADK), fumarase(FUM), cytochrome C reductase(CCR), cytochrome C oxidase(COX) and other indicators, using enzymatic detection of ATP together enzyme(ATPs), NAD and NADH content and ratio of myocardial cell Na+-K+ ATP enzyme ATP and ADP content.Results: 1, Mori Cortex aqueous extracts high dose group could increase Ⅰ diabetes mice body weight, can significantly reduce the amount of drinking water, diet, and FBG was reduced, TC, TG, LDL-c level(P<0.05 or P<0.01), higher c-peptide and the level of HDL-(P<0.05 or P<0.01). With white mulberry 30% ethanol component and fat oil component dosage of about 1/2 and 1/4 of white mulberry water decoction, it can significantly improve glycolipid disorders in diabetic mice, repair the liver cells and improve liver tissue damage, and the effect is better than that of white mulberry water decoction. 2, white mulberry root-bark water decoction and chemical separation components can significantly reduce diabetes mice PYGL, alpha KGDHC, PGK and acetyl Co A levels, increased metabolism in diabetes mice and houndreds types product as like GCK PDH levels(P<0.05 or P<0.01); Also increases energy metabolism in diabetic mice, FUM, myocardial cell ATP Na+-K+ ATPase, COX level(P<0.05), lower diabetes mice NAD+, CCR, ATPs levels(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Mori Cortex aqueous extracts has good hypoglycemic effect, the effective component parts of 30% ethanol and fatty oil components, hypoglycemic mechanism may promote insulin secretion, regulate dyslipidemia, protect the liver structure and function. Meanwhile, Morus alba decoction and chemical resolution component can effectively improve metabolism in diabetic mice and energy metabolism, and its improvement may be related to Morus alba cold potency.
