ObjectiveBy epimedium processing before and after the change of the chemical composition and influence on basis of experimental animals and energy metabolism,to explore the effects of processing of epimedium medicinal properties.MethodsIn this paper, guided by the basic theory of TCM,combined with modern advanced science and technology, using the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method in Chinese medicine epimedium and its total flavonoids and polysaccharides content of fat and stir processed products, the icp-aes method is adopted to detect the contents of trace elements and the kinds of changes;Amino acid automatic analyser method is used to determine the hydrolysis and containing free amino acid content changes. Before and after the processing and epimedium water decoction on the basis of the experimental animal metabolism and energy metabolism were studied, the influence of the preliminary discussion on the processing of medicinal.ResultsBorn of epimedium, suet oil and stir article has carried on the comparative study, the results show that after processing of epimedium total flavonoids and total polysaccharides, hydrolytic amino acid and free amino acid content has increased in different degrees. After processing of epimedium on basal metabolism and energy metabolism in experimental animals have significantly enhanced.Conclusions1.The effect of processing on the influence of chemical composition of epimedium include:(1)Before and after processing epimedium the average extraction yield of 21.18%and 21.77%,respectively,processed products were increased by 0.59%;(2)Epimedium before and after processing the average contents of total flavonoids were 4.63%and 5.19%respectively,the processed products were increased by 0.56%;(3)After processing the average content of epimedium total polysaccharides were 16.62%and 17.28%respectively,processed products were increased by 0.66%;(4)Processed epimedium different kinds of free and hydrolytic amino acid was increased before processing;(5)Processed epimedium same kinds of trace elements content increased.2.Before and after processing epimedium impact on the basis of experimental animals and energy metabolism:Processing after ort basis of experimental animals and energy metabolism test indicators are improved.3.The medicinal properties of processed epimedium from cold to warm may be due to processing.
