Children with Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder subtype, which is reflected mainly by different levels of language development disorders, social communication disorder, narrow interests and stereotyped behavior. It exerts significant impacts on children’s physical and mental development, among which reflects defects in the social interaction of children with autism are the most obvious and typical, including a lack of sociability gaze, a lack of behavioral imitation, inability of building a partnership, and inability to join normal games.There are many methods of rehabilitation training for children with autism,among of them, the applied behavior analysis is more widely used and studied, and achieved certain results in the world. It is a form of intervention models. According to the characteristics of physical and mental development of children, and by teaching round operation(DTT), it decomposes training content tasks into small steps, and then train intensively with these steps.In this study, the entire experiment were performed in "Hangzhou Yang Ayako special education school". Three autistic children at similar age were selected as research subjects with a single multi-baseline experimental design, namely A(baseline)-B(intervention period one)-A(maintenance phase)-B(intervention period two)design. According to the common defects of their social interaction, training programs of Applied Behavior Analysis were designed, including eye contact training, behavior imitation training, peer games training and other daily situation social skills training. After four months of training of Applied Behavior Analysis interventions, the researcher draw a conclusion by observing data processing and researcher’ changes before and after the study: Applied Behavior Analysis has improved the abilities of eye contact, behavior imitation of three autistic children and promoted the establishment of their peer relationships in some extent. They have improved in all terms of social skills to varying degrees, besides, their language communication, cognitive consciousness and physical health have also been improved to some extent.
