Evaluate The Effect Of Combined With Decoction Of Poxue Huayu And Tianjing Busui To Treat Intracerebral Hemorrhage By Using The Cost-effectiveness Method

Purpose: Evaluate the effect of combined with decoction of Poxue Huayu and Tianjing Busui to treat intracerebral hemorrhage by using the Cost-Effectiveness method. And give a reference of pharmacoeconomics to clinical treatment.Method: Using randomized controlled methods to carry out a prospective cohort study. Obesrve 120 intracerebral hemorrhage cases and compare conventional treatment group with the treatment group which combined with decoction of Poxue Huayu and Tianjing Busui.Evaluat e the effect of combined with decoction of Poxue Huayu and Tianjing Busui to treat intracerebral hemorrhage by using the Cost-Effectiveness method. And give a reference of pharmacoeconomics to clinical treatment.Result: The effect of treatment group which combined with decoction of Poxue Huayu and Tianjing Busui compared with regular western medicine treatment group: There was a signif icant difference between the NIHSS in week 4 and the baseline(p<0.05); patients in the experimental group would cost 2569.23 RMB Yuan to raise 1 point in NI HSS, and cost 3077.69 RMB Yuan for the patients in control group. There was a significant difference between the effect of two groups when BI is equal or greater than 85 points in month 3 and month 6(p<0.05). At the time of 3 months follow-up, patients in the experimental group would cost 199.43 RMB Yuan to raise 1% of BI point when which is equal or greater than 85 points while it would cost 237.39 RMB Yuan in the control group. And at the time of 6 months follow-up, it would cost 194.68 RMB Yuan and 245.08 RMB Yuan in the group of experimental group and control group respectively. At the time of 3 months and 6 months follow-up, there was a significant difference between the effect of two groups when the patients was in the range 0-2 of mRS(p<0.05). At the time of 3 months follow-up, patients in the experimental group would cost 240.47 RMB Yuan to raise 1% points of mRS while it would cost 316.53 RMB Yuan in the control group. And at the time of 6 months follow-up, it would cost 209.65 RMB Yuan and 271.33 RMB Yuan in the group of experimental group and control group respectively.Conclusion: There was a definite effect when combined with decoction of Poxue Huayu and Tianjing Busui to treat intracerebral hemorrhage, and also an advantage of high cost-effectiveness.
