Purpose:Based on the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the theory,by looking around the Qi deficiency and Sputum poly treat the symptoms of children snore sleep changes, comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of qi and phlegm Fang Qi and Phlegm child asleep treatment.Methods: Collect patients from January 2014 to December 2014 in the Affilia ted Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ENT clinic 60 cases of children’s sleep(TCM is Q i and Phlegm).Divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received oral medicine in children phlegm qi soup with Nasonex therapy, the control group received the clinical efficacy of Nasonex spray treatment, four weeks, before and after treatment were observed in children, but the children were observed treatment before sleep quality.Result: The treatment group 16 cases, effective in 9 cases, 5 cases,and the total effective rate of 83.3%.The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 8 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency 60.0%, the statistical analysis, p <0.05.Two groups of children did not appear significant adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion: Q i and phlegm soup therapy is an effective way for children asleep Q i deficiency and Sputum poly treatment, and more effective than the simple application of Nasonex therapy,and can beneficial to improve the quality of sleep of children, its efficacy, and no adverse reactions, should be widely applied.
