Purpose: The purpose of the experiment is to focus on the imaginary poison marrow damage as a starting point, combined with the etiology and pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage. The use of traditional Chinese medicine intervention and experimental study. According to research each experimental group HSP70 expression differences, in order to determine each group intracerebral hemorrhage in rats brain tissue surrounding the brain protection, verify that " blood clot removing and brain essence filling method " theory have neuroprotective effect on brain tissue surrounding brain hemorrhage in rats. Produced for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical application of hemorrhagic stroke by modern laboratory methods to prove, data accumulated through continuous improvement, enrich and develop the "brain theory" constantly.Methods: The use of randomization method selected healthy and clean between 240 g ~ 260 g Wistar rats.All procedures in this experiment were divided into 4 groups,the Sham group, the Control group,the Model group and the Prescription group. Four groups were using rat brain stereotactic positioning technology, the Sham group first injected 50μl of saline into the brain, then remove the needle after 20 minutes, the remaining three groups need to inject the blood into the brain,the blood was taken from the rat tail artery. Injection the blood of 50μl into the brain using the same manner, remove the needle after 20 minutes. Rearing environment remains unchanged about 5 days, Then the rats were sacrificed and brain tissue removed, Analysis 70(HSP70) expression of brain tissue around the hematoma in heat shock protein.Results:The use of " blood clot removing and brain essence fillingmethod," compatibility prescription, maintain the stability of the structure of the nerve cells, inhibition of apoptosis to protect the role of nerve cells.More significant than the effect of cerebral hemorrhage model group, it is said that the description prescription group inhibits apoptosis, p<0.05.Conclusion: The use of " blood clot removing and brain essence fillingmethod," compatibility prescription, through the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) in order to increase the role of the brain’s self-protection, inhibit neuronal apoptosis, and can reflect neurological deficit to some extent.
