Purpose:The research was designed to investigate the efficacy and safety of temperature by the scattered points on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Method:First, select 72 female patients with primary dysmenorrheal (all eligible inclusion criteria),from Changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital between December 2013 to December 2014.Second,the patients were assigned at random to one of two groups(treatment group and control group),each group had 36 patients. The patients were treated with temperature by the scattered points and dysmenorrheal flat in the treatment group, and others were treated with dysmenorrheal flat for oral therapy only in the control group. Attention:The composition of temperature:Yellow rice wine mix medicine adding bee honey modulation medicine cake etc. Usage method:find out:deficiency、qihai、guanyuan、god and return holes. The patients were applied on the holes with the temperature once a day. The every time was 30 minutes. Each treatment was ten days from 7 days before menstruation to 3 days after menstruation. The treatments were repeated two times. Usage method of dysmenorrheal flat (the same between two group):4 pills every time,3 times a day, the treatments and repeat times were the same with the temperature. Then the patients would be followed and observed for three months. Then I obtained the results of the clinical symptoms and change. At last I would analyze the results with statistical methods.Result:I found it is much better of total effective in the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05) through the analyzing the results. The results of the treatment group:15 patients were cured (the cure rate was 41.7%); and 10 patients were markedly effective (27.8%); and 9 patients were effective (25.0%); and 2 patients were ineffective (5.6%).The total effective rate was 94.4%. And the results of the control group:only 1 patients were cured (the cure rate was 2.7%); and 10 patients were markedly effective (27.8%); and 15 patients were effective (41.7%);and 10 patients were ineffective (27.8%).The total effective rate was 72.2%.Conclusion:In the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, Chinese medicine is a safe and reliable method,, This study by observing clinical patients, The efficiency in the treatment group was much better than in the control group only oral proprietary Chinese medicine dysmenorrhea flat. The curative effect of treatment group particularly outstanding, In the control group curative effect is obvious difference in treatment group, worthy of the broad masses of medical workers in clinic application.
