Purpose:Premature babies mean gestational age< 37 weeks of newborns[l], due to premature internal organs development not mature, the function is poor, extremely easy in neonatal complications, such as respiratory distress syndrome, apnea, necrotizing enterocolitis, infection, bronchial pulmonary hypoplasia, ischemia anoxic encephalopathy, etc., high mortality [2]. Premature for the body of the small kind and maturity, the system development is not sound, regulating function is low, is extremely prone to life in [3], brought great challenge to nursing work. Stuffy nose type CPAP is a major means of treatment of premature respiratory diseases, due to premature skin delicate, nasal mucosal hyperemia and edema, appear easily burst complications such as, to explore and research through local massage, coating liquid dressing, improve the methods of sputum suction, such as cluster management, prevent and reduce the incidence of complications of nasal.Method:1.statistics during July to December,2013 the incidence of complications of nasal congestion type CPAP premature infants and record.2. Case selection:in the first hospital of JiLin University one of January 2014 to June 2014 in 48 cases of neonatal screening hospital. Eligibility for gestational age< 37 weeks:(1) (2) the weight of the< 2000 grams of the newborn (3) in nasal type CPAP.3. The cases will be selected for cluster management.In 2014,48 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group according to the normal nursing standards implementation of nasal CPAP ventilation type. Experimental group by improving sputum suction mode, use of humidification fluid, dressing, prevent and reduce premature that causes red, swollen nasal CPAP ventilation, burst and other complications.Result:Experimental group and control group were included in 48 cases of premature infants stuffy nose CPAP ventilation, two groups of patients’age, gender, body weight were no obvious difference (P>0.05), the control group in conventional nursing inl6cases of nasal swelling,9 case of nasal breakage. The experimental group in CPAP ventilation mode of nasal complications were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Cluster management has superiority in preterm infants stuffy nose type nursing, sputum suction by improving way, add temperature humidity and liquid dressing use, can shorten the reduce premature complications, reduce such confinement, reduce social stress, improve the quality of survival.
