Clinical Study On Tortoiseshell-deerhorn Gelatin Zhuanggu Decoction In The Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee (Liver Kidney Yin Deficiency Type)

Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tortoiseshell-Deerhorn Gelatin Zhuanggu Decoction Treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency type knee osteoarthritis.Method: 60 liver kidney yin deficiency type knee osteoarthritis were selected from Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics in our hospital, were randomly divided into study group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the study group were given basic treatment combined with Guilu Zhuanggu decoction,the control group were given basic treatment with six blind Decoction, 4 weeks as 1 course of treatment, recording and observe the curative effect of two groups to evaluate the level of change and adverse events.Result: The difference between the two groups the symptom items the curative effect before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05); comparison between groups, the study group curative effect in improving the symptoms were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); the study group in 1 weeks from the time efficiency is better than that of control group(P < 0.05), but the onset time of 2 weeks 4 weeks compared with the control group had no significant difference(P > 0.05), suggesting that the Tortoiseshell-Deerhorn Gelatin Zhuanggu Decoction of Rehmanniae Decoction of six ingredients in onset time was longer, but the Tortoiseshell-Deerhorn Gelatin Zhuanggu Decoction is better than that of the short term effect of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction; classification comparison, and according to the different study on the effect of level of age groups showed that, for 40 years old to 59 years old age range of knee osteoarthritis patients with the total effective rate was 100%, treatment for more than 60 year old patients with knee osteoarthritis and the total effective rate was87.5%. That Tortoiseshell-Deerhorn Gelatin Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect may be related to elderly patients with negative correlation; the classification, according to research group at different stages and the effect of the level of treatment results show that, in the course of 24 months in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. The total effective rate was 100%, in the course of 25 months in patients with knee osteoarthritis treatment the total effective rate was 87.5%. That Tortoiseshell-DeerhornGelatin Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis curative effect may be related to patients with chronic illness was negatively correlated; classification comparison,according to the research group of different severity and therapeutic class showed that, in treatment of mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis patients the total effective rate was 100%,treatment of severe knee osteoarthritis patients with the total efficiency 92.3%. There was a negative correlation between the curative effect that Tortoiseshell-Deerhorn Gelatin Zhuanggu Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients may be associated with severe disease; study group according to different clinical stages and treatment level of classification comparison, results show that, as early as mid treatment knee osteoarthritis patients with the total effective rate was 100%, the treatment of patients with advanced osteoarthritis of the knee with a total effective rate of 90.9%. Effect of tip Guilu Zhuanggu Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis may be negatively correlated with the clinical stage; the study group in the total efficiency was 96.7%, total effective rate of 76.7% was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05), curative effect satisfaction. During the study period, there were no obvious adverse reactions of two groups of patients.Conclusion: Tortoiseshell-Deerhorn Gelatin Zhuanggu Decoction Treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency type knee osteoarthritis, arthritis is safe and effective, can be used as the preferred scheme of TCM Department of internal medicine clinical treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency type knee osteoarthritis.
