Clinical Pelvic Reconstructive Manipulative Therapy Piriformis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the entire complex pelvic massage techniques and traditional methods of treatment of piriformis syndrome difference in efficacy and mechanism of action.Methods:The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Orthopedics an outpatient compliant 60 piriformis syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases of patients in each group. Treatment of pelvic reconstructive observation group practices, group treatment for conventional massage. Treatment time was every other day,20 minutes once,10 times as a course of treatment. Score sheet items were observed by the patient’s symptoms before and after treatment,and recorded two methods of symptom scores before and after treatment, the data will be collected for statistical analysis, the results. Results:The study group and the control group can effectively improve the symptoms of piriformis syndrome, and the observation group was more significant.Conclusion:1.a pelvic reconstructive techniques with conventional methods of massage therapy are effective piriformis syndrome.2. The method of treatment of pelvic reconstructive technique slightly superior to conventional massage therapy.
