Analysis On The Factors Of Effect For Pregnancy After Laparoscopic Fertility Preserving Functional Surgery Of Endometriosis

Abstract/Summary:
Objective:to explore the effects of factors which influence pregnancy by endometriosis with infertility after laparoscopic fertility preserving functional surgery. Methods:from January 2010 to January 2013, Xinjiang medical university affiliated tumor hospital treated 181 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery to preserve fertility treatment of endometriosis as clinical data for the study, telephone follow-up after pregnancy for univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results:(1) 181 cases of patients data met the study criteria received telephone follow-up,156 cases completed follow-up, follow-up rate reached 86.19%, the cumulative pregnancy rate was 61.54% after surgery, the highest pregnancy rate was 40.77% during 3-6months after the operation. (2) Univariate analysis showed that:non-drug factors such as age, duration of infertility before surgery, type of infertility, tubal function score, type of endometriosis, pregnancy time after surgery and endometriosis staging, which related to pregnancy rate after laparoscopic surgery, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.01);There was no relationship among ipsilateral category of ovarian cysts under laparoscopic, the CA125 of preoperative serum, the difference had no statistically significant (P> 0.05). (3) Among those related non drug factors,multiyariate analysis shows that age, duration of infertility before surgery, tubal function score, endometriosis staging are infulence factor.Conclusions:there are multiple effects on endometriosis infertility only received laparoscopic fertility preserving functional surgery, could carried out intervention treatment under direct vision of some factors, to objective appraisal pregnancy prognosis...
