| Objective:To investigate the prevalence and pathogenic fungi species of superficial mycoses of 771 cases.Analyzed the superficial mycoses and pathogenic fungi according to the gender, age, season.Using the epidemiological data to promote the understanding of superficial mycoses and to guide the clinical work. Methods:Microscopic check and fungi cultivation were performed for samples from suspected superficial mycoses in The First Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to December 2013.They were analyzed according to gender, age and season.SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the results. Results:The superficial mycoses include tinea corporis, tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea capitis, tinea manus, onychomycosis, genital mycosis, tinea versicolor. The pathogenic fungi including Trichophyton rubrum,Trichophyton mentagrophytes,Microsporum ferrugineum,Microsporum canis,Candida albicans, Trichophyton tonsurans,Trichophyton schoenleinii,Trichophyton verrucosum,Malassezia globosa,Trichophyton violaceum,Malassezia furfur. The distribution of superficial mycoses and the pathogenic fungi is different in males and females. The superficial mycoses and the pathogenic fung mainly concentrated in the 18-50 years old.Superficial mycoses and pathogens in distributed mainly in the 2 quarter and the 3 quarter.Conclution Tinea corporis, tinea pedis, tinea cruris was the most superficial mycoses. Trichophyton rubrum is the first pathogenic fungi, followed by Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Candida and globosa/furur Malassezia relatively low in the formation of pathogenic fungi major pathogen for tinea capitisis Microsporum ferrugineum and Microsporum canis. The prevalence of male is higher than female in superficial mycoses. Most of superficial mycoses and pathogenic fungi mainly distributed in the young in addidtion to the Tinea capitis and the main pathogenic fungi. The distribution of superficial mycoses and pathogenic fungi is similar. Most of them concentrated in the 2 quarter and the 3 quarter. |
