Objective:To explore the application of locking plate with minimally invasive internal fixation system (LISS) and the clinical efficacy of early complications in the treatment of distal femoral fractures difference. Methods:collected from 2012 September to 2014 August in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University with locking compression plate and LISS plate in treatment of 82 cases of distal femoral fractures in patients with clinical data. According to the inclusion criteria andexclusion criteria for screening patients for 60 people, including 24 cases of locking plate,LISS plate in 36 cases, age 20-72 years old, from the operation time, bleeding volume, operation incision length, length of hospital stay and the healing time of fracture, knee scoreEvanich score of five aspects of the evaluation of 2 kinds of treatment methods are comparedanalysis. Results:LISS compared with locking plate group, LISS group, incision length is short, less bleeding, short operation time (P<0.05),2 groups of fracture healing time, hospital stay compared with statistical significance. Infection occurred in 1 cases after 4 weeks (locking plate group),1 nonunion (LISS plate group), suffering from knee joint activity decreased for arthroscopic lysis(locking plate group of 1 cases). In LISS plate group Evanich score for (90.6+3.3), higher than that of the locking plate group (81.2+1.8)points.Conclusions:minimally invasive treatment of distal femoral fracture with rigid plate is the ideal method of internal fixation.
