Background and objectiveBoth past and present myopia hasbeen troubled bya lot of Gordian problem,with the r apid development of society, is also accelerating the developmentof myopia, arguably more popular. Myopia on peoplewho are living, working,learning,andso will all bring a different degree of trouble, also willhave a negative impact on social development. After excimer la ser cornealrefractive surgery since itwas introducedinto China has been rapid andextensive development, atpresent China’s annual excimer laser refractivesurgery has reached hundred s of thousands of cases; corneal refractivesurgery is used has made tens of millions more in myopia patients for goodeyesight, after near-perfect visual quality. But all things have t wosides,with the refractive surgery continues, complications due toa surgery isalso increasi ng, so we had to treat refractive surgery science.This study collected 100 cases of myopia laser treatment in the Department of Ophthalmology center in our hospital (100 eyes), were analyzed retrospectively, to study on clinical effect of femtosecond laser in the treatment of myopia.Observation of the femtosecond laser and mechanical microkeratome flap in the cornea after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) correction of myopia short-term postoperative effect.Evaluation of femtosecond laser flap preparation LASIK postoperative visual quality, and provide a theoretical basis for the application of femtosecond laser in refractive operation field.MethodSelect 2013 08-2014 08 in Henan province Jiaozuo City Department of Ophthalmology, ninety-first Hospital of PLA voluntary acceptance of the femtosecond laser and the patients with mechanical microkeratome sub-bowman cutting LASIK for correction of myopia and to review the conventional 100 cases (100 eyes).Select one to accept the femtosecond laser were divided into femtosecond group; accept lamellar knife treatment were divided into lamellar knife group.The two groups underwent preoperative visual acuity (uncorrected visual acuity, UCVA), computer optometry, best corrected visual acuity (best corrected visual acuity, BSCVA), non-contact tonometry, slit-lamp anterior segment examination, fundus examination, corneal topography, axial length, corneal thickness, routine examination.Follow-up, visual acuity, intraocular pressure changes, diopter, Hase formation, aberration, 10 days, 1 months, 3 months, 6 months of the application of NIDEK OPD SCAN wavefront analyzer were used to measure the preoperative and postoperative in the darkroom environment.To complete the operation by our department of an experienced refractive surgeon.Close follow-up, data collection, statistical analysis, a general description of normality test, variance analysis, correlation statistics using the SPSS 13.0 software.Result1.preoperative patients in the two groups were compared the preoperative examination showed no statistical significance.2.One days of femtosecond group of visual acuity after operation in less than the lamellar knife group, increased gradually with time femtosecond postoperative visual acuity, no statistical significance after operation in the two groups during the visual acuity differences (P>0.05).Two groups of correction of myopia have very good validity, femtosecond postoperative visual acuity of mean higher lamellar knife group, effectiveness better than lamellar knife group3.No statistically significant difference between the changes of refraction after operation ingroups of two period, no significant difference between the proportion of residual spherical equivalent in ± 0.50 D range。4. After 10 days,1 months,3 months,6 months of femtosecond group and lamellar knife group of high order aberration, spherical aberration, coma, clover were increased in different degrees compared with that before surgery; posterior lamellar knife group aberration increase is more obvious than FS group.Postoperative femtosecond group aberration increase than the lamellar knife group5. Complications related to the operation:1>Abnormal corneal flap:two groups have not broken flap, free flap and other abnormal corneal flap cases2>Partial center cutting:FS group 0 cases, lamellar knife group of 1 cases;3>Corneal limbal bleeding:FS group 2 cases, lamellar knife group of 1 cases;4>Corneal foreign bodies:FS group 1 cases, lamellar knife group of 3 cases;5>Subconjunctival hemorrhage:FS group 7 cases, lamellar knife group of 6 cases;6>Glare:FS group 1 cases, lamellar knife group of 3 cases;7>Refractive regression:FS group 0 cases, lamellar knife group of 1 cases;8>Dry eye:4 cases of femtosecond group, lamellar knife group of 7 cases;...
