| Purpose:To discuss the changes of Corneal topography and the factors affecting visual quality after femtosecond laser combine with wavefront-guided LASIK (WG-LASIK).Methods:Forty five patients (90 eyes) with LASIK myopic surgery were divided into 3 groups:high, medium and low-grade myopia group. Postoperative residual dioptre, naked eye sight, higher-order aberrations, contrast sensitivity, differences of inter-group and intra-group were analysied lday,1 week.,1 month and 2 months postoperatively.Results:1. Subjective visual quality assessment showed that unclear vision, night glare, flashing lights, virtual, deformation, rainbow, night driving difficult seven groups score significantly lower compared with preoperative, after operative comparative differences between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. The inter-group’s differences of Cutting depth, residual corneal thickness are statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Wave-front aberration (WA) :①Inter-group’s differences:Preoperatively, inter-group’s differences of total aberrations and spherical aberration are statistically significant (P <0.05). ② Intra-group’s differences (At 2 months postoperatively and Preoperatively):The total aberrations and spherical aberration of high, medium and low-grade myopia group are significantly lower than preoperatively, Intra-group’s differences have strongly statistical significance. Especially,high and medium-grade myopic group decrease more obviously than low-grade myopia group.4. Comparing the contrast sensitivity at 2 months postopcratively:①Inter-group’s differences:The inter-group’s differences of contrast sensitivity are statistically significant at spatial frequencies of 12c/d(corresponding to 12cycles/degree) in the bright environment (P <0.05).The inter-group’s differences of contrast sensitivity are statistically significant at spatial frequencies of 6c/d(corresponding to 6cycles/degree),12c/d(corresponding to 12cycles/degree) in the dark environment (P<0.05)。 ② Intra-group’s differences (At 2 months postoperatively and Preoperatively):The intra-group’s differences of high, medium-grade myopia group’s contrast sensitivity are statistically significant at spatial frequencies of 12c/d(corresponding to 12cycles/degree) in the bright environment(P< 0.05). The intra-group’s differences of high, medium-grade myopia group’s contrast sensitivity are statistically significant at spatial frequencies of 6c/d(corresponding to 6cycles/degree) in the dark environment (P<0.05). The intra-group’s differences of high-grade myopia group’s contrast sensitivity are statistically significant at spatial frequencies of 12c/d(corresponding to 12cycles/degree) in the dark environment (P<0.05).5. The intra-group’s differences of nasal side 30°Q values of preoperation is statistically significant (P<0.05). Spherical Equivalent(SE) of upper, lower and nasal side, temporal side 30°Q values of preoperation is negative correlation with the SE of 2 months-postoperation (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. It is eliminates the preoperative higher-order aberrations, contrasts sensitivity and the quality of the patients postoperative visual are improved, the score of subjective visual quality in the high and medium myopia group is higher than that of the low-grade myopia group After WG-LASIK.2. After WG-LASIK, Spherical Equivalent(SE), the higher the deviation the cornea asphcrical shape. |
