Objective:In this topic research, we try to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients with vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 which are injected into zusanli, then compare the changes of lower limb nerve conduction velocity, symptoms and signs, before and after therapy, to conform this method have a curative effect on this disease. At the end provide a reliable cure with this studyMethods:Select 120 patients who diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and met the inclusion criteria. Divide the patients into 4 groups:A, B, C and D,with the table of random number. Each one has 30 patients. The group A is given the basic treatment, group B is given the basic treatment and mecobalamin intramuscular injection, group C is given the basic treatment and with VB1 and VB6 intramuscular injection, group D is given the basic treatment and zusanli point injection with vitamin B1 and vitamin B6. The treatments will keep two weeks until end. Then collect data and study the changes of tibial nerve conduction velocity, symptoms and signs, before and after the treatment. And counting and analyzing the data.Results:1. TCM syndrome score comparison between the two groups after treatment shows, D group and the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), group B and A, C two groups were statistically significance (P<0.05); comparison shows that the group, before and after treatment in group B and D group, were statistically significant (P <0.05).2. The effective rate, Zusanli injection of vitamin B1, B6 group of patients, the total effective rate was 86.67%, compared with other groups, P <0.05, were statistically significant.3. Nerve conduction velocity compared between treatment groups after apparent, D group and the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), group B and group C compared with group A. were statistically significant (P<0.05), group B and group C, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Before and after group therapy, group B, group C and D group before and after treatment were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Zusanli point injection with vitamin Bi and vitamin B6 as a method which was used to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the patients’symptoms and signs.2. Zusanli point injection with vitamin B1 and vitamin B6 as a method which was used to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the patients’tibial nerve conduction velocity.
