The Research Of Effect Of Cluster Scalp Acupuncture Combined With Music Therapy For Depression

Purpose:Observation the clinical curative effect of cluster scalp acupuncture combined with music therapy for depression.Methods:40 patients of depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group was used cluster scalp acupuncture combined with music therapy, the control group was used pure music therapy,6 days for a period of treatment, useing Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) and depression self rating scale (SDS) for people of depression were curative effect analysis after 3 period of treatment and 6 period of treatment.Results:After six treatments, the total efficiency was 94.44% in treatment group and control group was 80%, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) of two groups.The control group after six courses of treatment compared to before treatment HAMD scores significantly different (P<0.05).The treatment group after three courses of treatment and six courses of treatment compared to before treatment HAMD scores significantly different (P<0.05).However,the treatment group after three courses of treatment and six courses of treatment compared to control group HAMD scores significantly different (P<0.05). The treatment group and control group after three courses of treatment and six courses of treatment compared to before treatment SDS scores significantly different (P<0.05). However,the treatment group after three courses of treatment and six courses of treatment compared to control group SDS scores significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Cluster Scalp Acupuncture combined with music therapy can improve the HAMD and SDS scores, and it is better than the control group of music therapy.2.Cluster Scalp Acupuncture combined with music therapy in clinical curative effect is effective, quick.
