| Objective:By observe the curative effect and the change of Trans-cranial Doppler (TCD), blood-lipid and blood rheology before and after the whole treatment in vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) patients, discuss the curative effect and possible mechanism of pull neck Jingjin massage method combined with acupuncture, and provide theoretical foundation for this therapy.Methods:60 cases of VBI patients were equally randomized into treatment group (acupuncture and massage treatment) and control group(only use acupuncture treatment).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture first then do the pull neck Jingjin massage method, the control group was only treated with the acupuncture therapy without massage, the points and manipulations were as same as the treatment group. Both groups comprised 6 day in a course, broke 1-2 days between courses, observed 4 courses 24 times treatment for total. Observe the curative effect and TCD, blood-lipid and blood rheology before and after all courses.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group,73.3% in the control group, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly superior to that of control group (P<0.05). Both two groups had an obviously improvement in TCD, (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly superior to that of control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Pull neck Jingjin massage method have a better clinical efficacy for the VBI, also effective in improve the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery(VBA),lower the Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), raise the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), reduce whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, could significantly improve the curative effect, provides an effective method of treating this disease.worth to promotion in clinic and further research. |
