Background: Vertebrobasilar insufficiency is one of the most commonly neural diseases, except for symptoms of nerve system such as dystaxia, anarthria, diplopia and nystagmus, it is mainly demonstrated on subjective vertigo and objective balance obstacle. Vertigo is only a subjective feeling of the patient, physical fluctuation of whom (i.e. Romberg) can only be observed by clinic physician by naked eyes in the past, without giving accurate and subjective records. The inspection made by posturography applied in recent years is to quantify the traditional Romberg experiment, the clinic significance of which is that it can provide comprehensive judgment of physical balance functions with valuable and objective quantized materials. Currently, this inspection is just at a beginning stage in China, and we still luck clear recognition of applicable value it will have on VBI vertigo patients as well as comprehensive comparison of other inspections.TCD can objectively and accurately reflect dynamic changes of brain bloodstream as well as functional status of blood vessel of brain, it is easy and workable without wound, a large amount of documentary reports have been made to diagnosis value of VBI in clinic. Objective: This experiment adopts posturography and TCD to inspect vertebrobasilar insufficiency patients and healthy persons separately, and observe types of centrobaric waver, area of waver, track length; Romberg rate and such values of average blood flow speed (Vm) and pulse indicators (PI) of vertebral artery and basilar artery, and explore evaluation...
