Clinical Efficacy Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Sedative Points In Treating Gastrointestinal Neurosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and improvement of abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points in treating gastrointestinal neurosis in order to provide a theoretical basic.Methods:Ninety patients with gastrointestinal neurosis were randomly divided into one treatment group and two control groups, thirty in each group. The treatment group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points. The first control group was intervened by abdominal acupuncture and the second control group was intervened by sedative points. To observe the clinical efficacy after the treatment of each group in four weeks. And after one month, observe the clinical symptoms of the three groups to compare long-term curative effects.Results:After four weeks treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, the total effective rate of the first control group was 63.33%, and the total effective rate of the second control group was 56.67%. Three groups achieved significant changes in GSRS score after treatment(P< 0.01).There were significant differences in comparing GSRS score from three groups after treatment (P<0.01). The first group and the third group achieved significant changes in PSQI score after treatment(P<0.01). The second group achieved significant changes in PSQI score after treatment(P<0.01).There were significant differences in comparing PSQI score from three groups after treatment(P<0.01).And the treatment group is better than the other two groups.Conclusion:1. Abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points for treatment of gastrointestinal neurosis is better than the first group.2.Abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points for treatment of gastrointestinal neurosis is better than the second group.3.Abdominal acupuncture combined with sedative points for treatment of gastrointestinal neurosis is meaningful.
