The Observation Of The Curatice Effect Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Cervical Dysfunction Application Of Method Of Loosing The Cervical Arthrosis

Objective:To observe the same core methods and course of treatment, compare the clinical efficacy of CSR patients with cervical activity function limited and unlimited, observation of patients with cervical activity limited and unlimited cervical activity function to improve the situation.In-depth understanding of CSR activity dysfunction and treatment efficiency relevance, further reveal the mechanism of massage treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods:Select 60 cases of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria, according to the cervical activity limitation or not and the order of the doctor were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A:cervical activity limited group of 30 cases, Group B: cervical activity not limited group of 30 cases, in the two groups were treated with method of loosing the cervical arthrosis.5 days for a period of treatment, once a day, rest two days after completion of each course, a total of 3 courses of treatment, the symptoms disappeared within each treatment can be discontinued treatment. Compared with patients before and after treatment 1,3,5,7,9,11,13 days and after the treatment of nine point NDI scores evaluation.Results:1. To compare total effective rate:After treatment group A total effective rate was 93.33%, After treatment group B total effective rate was 96.67%,the result shows that the method of oosing the cervical arthrosis efficacy in the treatment of CSR cervical activity limited and cervical activity not limited patients were similar.2. To compare NDI scales:On the third treatment until after the end of treatment, two groups was significantly decreased than before (P<0.05),showing all have remarkable curative effect. The two groups comparison of difference showed that the cervical activity limited group improvement of cervical ability is superior to the cervical activity not limited group after the 5th treatment(P<0.05),in 7.9 have very significant difference after treatment(P<0.01),showed that during the treatment the patients with cervical activity limited in the middle of the treatment of the Cervical spine function recovery rate is much better than that of the patients with cervical activity.Conclusions:1. The method of loosing the cervical arthrosis can obviously improve the function of CSR in patients with cervical vertebra.2. During the treatment, the patients with cervical activity limited in the middle of the treatment of the Cervical spine function recovery rate is much better than that of the patients with cervical activity.
