Objective:From the statistical case extraction with primary laryngeal cancer patients data through the META subgroup analysis method to analyze the related factors of postoperative tumor cell cut the positive and negative margin of the two groups of patients relapse, and analyzed and compared the situation in the related factors influencing the recurrence probability of these two groups of patients, the treatment effect of the basis for the the prognosis of the patients after 5 years, the use of META analysis and verify that the clinical features of recurrence factors of postoperative laryngeal cancer, for guiding the clinical treatment of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods:By searching the PubMed and reference to previous Meta analysis of recurrent laryngeal carcinoma related literature, published between April 1,2009 October 1,2013 after the important factors related articles were selected, the effect of treatment to 5 years after operation whether recurrent laryngeal carcinoma as the standard, and ultimately determine the study of 3806 participants, including 1305 cases of postoperative laryngeal cancer recurrence in the results for recurrent evaluation of postoperative tumor cell cut the positive and negative margin of the two groups after operation. Data from two groups of data are respectively independent member of picking, content includes each study population in 5 years, basic characteristics in patients with postoperative recurrence, whether relative influence (Relative Risk, RR) and its 95% confidence interval (Confidence, Interval, CI) and some other related details, through the random effect model and fixed effect model analysis for all the data extracted from multiple studies, a comprehensive evaluation of the recurrence probability of margin negative results on postoperative tumor cells positive margin and. Through Egger testing and evaluation of publication bias, using the fail safe number (fail.safenumber) says the stability analysis of Meta. Basic data, each case patient’s body by normal inspection, obey the normal distribution, and each group had no statistical difference. According to the 2*2 factorial design statistical analysis the REVMAN5.0 statistics software, according to the patients evaluate the effect. If it is a numeric variables with mean+standard deviation said.Result:Included in the analysis of the 8 data statistics, a total income of 1274 patients, the META analysis results showed that the primary laryngeal cancer patients to tumor cells positive margin and tumor cell negative margin compared with pathological staging in factors factors and cancer site in the subgroup analysis after the investigation, TNM I stage, TNMII stage, TNMⅢstage, and the TNMⅣphase of the postoperative recurrence rate in the statistical results across the glottic carcinoma in patients with significant differences, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); under the same condition of postoperative tumor margins for positive and negative recurrence rate after the statistical result difference is very obvious, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); onset location under the same conditions in patients with tumor of different statistical results postoperative recurrence rate of the difference is very obvious, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); and no offset:process analysis in statistics. Conclusion:META analysis showed that, after by subgroup analysis excluding pathological staging factors and cancer site, with laryngeal carcinoma recurrence within 5 years after operation as the index, postoperative tumor margin was positive patients in the recurrence probability is higher than that of margin negative patients, and in the case of the same under the pathological staging the risk of recurrence, subglottic carcinoma and cross glottic carcinoma was higher than that of supraglottic and glottic cancer patients, in patients with laryngeal cancer statistics specific sites, the pathological stage TNM4 patients with the highest recurrence rate.
