Objective:Summarizing the clinical features and the change trend and analysing the prognosis factors affected patients with renal cell carcinoma during last six years in Xinjiang tumor hospital. Methods:The clinical data of 584 cases with renal cell carcinoma treated in Xinjiang Tumor Hospital were collected between 2008 and 2013,these patients were first diagnosed and followed up. Results:A total of 584 patients were diagnosed and treated,379 were first diagnosed during six years. Of all the patients,348(59.6%) were male and 236(40.4%) were female; 420 (71.9%)were Han,164 (28.1% were minority); the median age was 57 years; 482 (82.5%) were renal clear cell carcinoma; There is no significant difference in clinical features of renal cell carcinoma between Han and minority. During six years, the diagnosis proportion of renal cell carcinoma by physical examination was rising gradually, the proportion of stage 1, tumor size-. postoperative cytokine therapy and chemotherapy were declining gradually, targeted therapy showed a rising trend, watchfu waiting after operation (without any treatment) showed a intermittent upward tend. There are five independent prognostic factors affect specific survival, including concentration of serum calcium、pathological type、TNM staging、tumor necrosis、venous tumour thrombus; There are eight independent prognostic factors affect progression-free survival, including symptoms、cachexia、hemoglobin value、concentration of serum calcium、operation mode、 pathological type、tumor necrosis、 mode of postoperative therapy。Conclusions:The constituent ratio between different race and different genders with renal cell carcinoma is difference. Part of clinical characteristics of renal cell carcinoma have changed. The independent prognostic factors of patients with renal cell carcinoma include symptoms、 cachexia、hemoglobin value、concentration of serum calcium、operation mode、 pathological type、TNM staging、tumor necrosis、mode of postoperative therapy and venous tumour thrombus. These patients have adverse prognostic factors should be treated actively, comprehensive treatment can increase the survival rate.
