Objectives: Using Bronchial asthma rats, to observe the effects of Smooth wheezing effect of polysaccharide and the crude extract of Cydonia Oblonga Mill.Inaddition,to study the effects of COM in different Bronchial asthma model.Method Bronchial rats established by OVA, were randomly divided into control gro up, bronchial model group, and quince fruit polysaccharide(50, 100, 200mg/kg)re spectively in three groups,and the crude extrac of quince fruit(40, 80, 160mg/kg)respectively in three groups, and,dexamethasone(1.0mg/kg) group. Every other week building reference literature intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin(OVA), 21 days after injection of 3 consecutive ultrasonic atomization inhalation of 1% OVA stimulating 30 d, stimulate the 31 days began to medicine. Lavage for 4 weeks E LISA test ratio of IgE and SP-A in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid etc.,we observe bronchus and compute ratio changes of lung and body weight.Data is in x±s tabular format, SPSS16.0 statistics software is used to perform statistical analysis on the data, and P<0.05 shows meaningful statistical difference.Results:1. These fruits fruit in crude extraction liquid, high dose group, coing polysaccharide dose group can decrease serum IgE levels. Coing fruit in crude extraction liquid dose group, high dose group, low dose group and high dose coing polysaccharide group can reduce IgE content in alveolar lavage fluid. 2. These fruits fruit in crude extraction liquid dosage polysaccharide group, high dose group, high dose group, serum can increase SP- A content in the serum. Polysaccharide high dose group, the serum level of SP- A rise significantly. Polysaccharide in the low dose and high dose group of alveolar lavage SP- A levels significantly. 3. The coing polysaccharide in high dose group could reduce the serum IL- 4 and the content of IL- 5, these fruits fruit crude extract andpolysaccharides can increase serum and IFN- gamma content in alveolar lavage fluid. 4.These fruits fruit crude extract and polysaccharides can increase asthma model IL- 4content in alveolar lavage fluid. 5. These fruits fruit crude extraction of dose, coing polysaccharide in the dose group can reduce the ratio of lung weight.Conclusion:Coing fruit crude extract and polysaccharides have A smooth wheezing effect on bronchial asthma model, and its mechanism may be through reduce the IgE in the serum and alveolar lavage fluid, SP- A, IL- 4, IL- 5 levels rising at the same time in the IFN- gamma to play its role and asthma.
