Objective: to study the distribution of 400 patients with DPN symptoms of TCM and serology indexes related to relationship, let people on the disease outcome and prognosis of the disease have a deeper understanding. Methods: a retrospective survey method, collecting 400 cases of hospital medical records, collect the patient’s general information, four diagnostic information, the information such as biochemical examination and determination of nerve conduction. Use statistical methods to explore DPN TCM syndrome type distribution and serology indexes related to relationship. Results: 1. As the growth of the age and course of the disease, the incidence of DPN is on the rise, liver and kidney deficiency patients age biggest; Male and female ratio is roughly same(P > 0.05).Patients with familial heredity history than patients without family history, the frequency of each kind of this syndrome were higher(P < 0.05);BMI were higher in the four type, phlegm and blood stasis resistance in patients with type winding of BMI value higher than other groups.2. Of the 400 patients with DPN, card type distribution is as follows: the phlegm and blood stasis resistance winding qi deficiency type > Yin deficiency and blood stasis type > blood stasis type > liver and kidney deficiency type; Numbness and pain is common in clinical manifestation, the proportion of 41.8% and 12.9% respectively.3. The FPG, PBG, Hb A1 C, TC, TG, LDL- C were higher in the four type, TC and LDL- C in phlegm and blood stasis type winding resistance than other higher(P < 0. 05);Each group of FPG, PBG, Hb A1 C, TG, hemorrheology was no significant difference(P > 0.05).4. On the nerve electrophysiology, patients with DPN sensory nerve conduction ve Plocity is slow in motor nerve conduction velocity, duration long, the more obvious damage(P < 0. 05).Conclusion: the age, course of the disease, family history, BMI, and so on factors and the pathogenesis of DPN were positively correlated; The distribution of TCM syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis type winding resistance and patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis type, compared with the rest of the two type more, see more clinical symptoms numbness and pain; Fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, triglycerides, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein is DPN recognized risk factors; DPN in sensory nerve damage is above motor nerve.
