Objective:To study the percutaneous vertebral body keratoplasty (PVP) and vertebral body of radiotherapy in the treatment of spinal metastases pain killer curative effect.Methods:24 cases of malignant vertebral bone metastases in patients with type (thoracic single lesion, dissolved bone) is divided into two groups:12 cases of radiation group; 12 cases of surgery group, surgery group treated by percutaneous vertebral plasty, radiotherapy group were given 40 gy,2 gy/initial radiation dose, and then according to the exposure of the spinal cord, again give wild filling quantity. By the methods of VRS/NRS was graded levels of pain, different evaluation methods pain-relieving effect after treatment. Results:Each group patients are completed on schedule, three days after the surgical treatment of pain score is obviously decreased, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the difference until 4 weeks after treatment. Radiotherapy group pain score was significantly decreased the 14 days (P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous vertebral plasty with radiation therapy for spinal metastases can achieve satisfactory pain-relieving effect, but in a recent pain-relieving effect on percutaneous vertebral plasty the pain-relieving effect of the radiotherapy effect satisfaction.
